Onfido is a facial recognition company based in the UK. The main meeting space in the home base office is called “The Hive”.
So, feeling inspired, Onfido needed a mascot to rally the troops!
I wrote a cool backstory for our intrepid detective Bixby Honeycomb, who works for H.IV.E. in the never-ending battle against S.W.A.R.M.
Working with artist Tim Heitz (www.timheitz.tumblr.com) (www.instagram.com/theitz/) we collaborated to create this very British character, who is very posh. As seen clearly by his bespoke Trilby hat, Grey Flannel Jacket and Chelsea Boots.
I loved making this character and have grand ideas for his further adventures.
